The Mills Housing Development
The Mills is a fantastic new housing development in Lismore, Co. Waterford. These spacious three-bed semi-detached homes have an A2 energy rating and include air-to-water heating.
A. Fanning Motor Factors
Cooney Engineering constructed the Fanning Motor Factors in Clonmel and Tipperary Town. The project involved the construction of a new commercial premises for Fanning's Motor Factors, incorporating a modern shopfront, spacious storage area, fully equipped workshop, and dedicated office space.
